"We bought a house in March and knew we needed a new hot water tank and sump pump put in… While he was here, John also noted that our toilet had a large crack in it that the home inspector didn't even notice! We were nervous about the cost of all of this but it was actually way more reasonably priced than we expected."

walked past it.
A cracked toilet is a slow flood with a date on it. It got found because somebody who has actually plumbed a house was standing in the room — not because it appeared on a checklist.
That's the whole job. Not selling you a system. Telling you what is genuinely there, and what it costs, before anybody starts.
